All MUB products are manufactured with a two-year guarantee.
This guarantee does not include the below:

-       Misuse (transport of inappropriate objects etc.)

-       Negligence

-       Exceeding weight allowances or extreme overuse (zips etc.)

-       Third party damage (high lines etc.)

In the unlikely event of a problem in the construction or composition of your MUB product, we offer to repair or replace - free of charge.

To benefit from this guarantee, you must enclose proof of purchase and photographic examples of the fault. Our customer service team will determine the problem and advise you whether your product is covered by our guarantee. If an exact replacement is no longer available, we will endeavour to substitute it with a similar product from the MUB range.
